Description

The row house is situated on a dune with marvellous seaviews.
Amélie, where the house is situated, is a little village approx. 80km north of Bordeaux.
There are 2 bedrooms as well as a living/diningroom in the house.
One bedroom on the first floor (mezzanine).
Great view from the terrace to the Atlantic, incl. the roaring of the sea.
Equippment for 4-6 persons.
Many sport opportunities in the neighbourhood as are hiking, biking, surfing, riding, fishing, swimming and so on.
During season you find in the villag Amélie a bakery, a little shop and some beach restaurants.
All infrastructure in Soulac-sur mer, 3km north of Amélie (shopping centre, large market hall, restaurants, movie, casino, doctors, pharmacy etc.
