Description

The house is situated at the sea: 30 km south from the Airport Campo del Oro(AJA), and 35 km south from Ajaccio.
It is a detached house on a very big plot of land (6000 sqm) with holms, palm trees, lavender, rosemary and many different fruit trees. Lots of small seats and playing grounds (in the shade of a maquis or in the sun) offer alternatives for retreat and reflectiveness. Every room has a view to the south, to the sea and to the next peninsula with tower of Capo di Muro. Bathing is possible on three different beaches, which can be reached on foot. The rocky beach directly underneath the house is ideal for people who want to stay alone.
The house contains 3 double rooms with shower and bathroom. It is ideal for 6 people. One big lounge with open fireplace and TV (satellite) and the adjunctive dining room is big enough even in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped (e.g. dishwasher, mixer, orange juice press). Bed linen, bathroom towels etc. are at your disposal. A washing machine and ironing board are available.
The house has central heating for winter and an additional dehumifier. Two bedrooms have air-conditioning, which can be used during summer. Especially appealing is the covered patio with barbecue to grill and a huge table for many guests as well as garden which is shaded by a palm tree next to the house.

This house is a true discovery oasis and an unlimited playing ground for children.
The property is also ideal for dogs. They can move freely in 6000 sqm.

The first restaurant "Chez Mico" and shops (only in summer) can be reached on foot within 10 - 15 minutes.
The bakery can come over daily if requested. Bigger purchases are best to be made in Porticcio at Champion or in Mezzavia at Geant Casino. You can also shop at the harbour market of Ajaccio.
