| Enjoy your holiday at our holiday residence. The property is only 200 m away from the nicest white sandy beach at Dianai Beach on the Indian Ocean. The house has a living area of 180 m2 and has been completely furnished in the Kenjan style with European influence. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, mosquito nets, a safe, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and toilet. On the first floor is the big lounge with seaview balcony. On the ground floor there is a big coverd lounge patio with seats and dining table for 6 people. The house is situated in a 1.300 m2 garden with tropical plants where you will also find the illuminated pool. Our cook will spoil you during your stay. Water, bed linen, hand towels and regular cleaning of the house are included in the price. Power is not contained in the rent. The beach of the Indian Ocean is the most imortant thing and also the best. The beach is nearly white, very fine, 90 % without any algae and the way into the water is aslope - ideal for children. As Diani beach is on the Indian ocean there is rising tide and low tide, making it ideal for sun worshippers and people who love doing water sports. Depending on the coast, the beach can be 15 - 50 meters wide. There are shopping possibilities (boutiques, pharmacies, super markets, souvenir shops, banks, etc. and very gut restaurant very close by. You can also book a Safari. A hospital with European standard is 5 km away. Price: from 450 - 600 Euro per week. |
