The tower of Sarraz is only 1 walking minute from the house away and from there you have a view to the sea and to the hills of the surrounding areas from Toulon to La Ciotat. The house has a living area of 100 m2 and it has always an comfortable climate even during the hottest summers. Generous lounge with sitting and sleeping area, TV, radio, CD and tape. Open, basic kitchen with 2 electirc hot plates, 1 small oven and 1 electric steamer. 1 bedroom with WC and shower is on the lower floor. 1 bedroom with WC is on the top floor. 1 patio with 2 deck chairs, barbecue, table, hammock and 2 bicyles. Car parks are located 3 walking minutes away from the house. Shopping possibilities in Ste. Anne d'Evenos or in Le Beausset, 5 - 10 min with the car.
