The site of the apartment can be found on the local map. The apartment is on a quiet, private street, well away from neighboring houses, and with sun from morning to evening. Enjoy spectacular views of the Klosters mountains and the entire Klosters valley, Gotschna, from every room and from the spacious balcony. Built 2002. By foot it is 7 minutes to the Madrisa gondola lift and 4 minutes to the train station and the bus stop. From the Parsenn ski area (Klosters and Davos) you can return directly to the house on skis.
The kitchen is completely furnished with a dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic top burners, an oven and a large refrigerator. There are plenty of cupboards and drawers – even a hobby cook would be satisfied with the features. The bathroom has a modern shower, toilet, sink, a towel radiator and enough places and space for personal toiletries, as well as a mirrored cabinet and a hair dryer. The bathroom is not large, but with fresh colors and well-proportioned. There is a wardrobe/cloak room area by the main entrance. In the living area is a coffee table with two comfortable rattan armchairs with cushions which are situated in front of an antique wooden stove (wood is available at your free disposal), giving a cozy atmosphere. For your entertainment, there is a TV with 35 different channels, some with pleasant accompanying music and DVD. A bed (160 x 200 cm), an antique wardrobe clost, a shelved cabinet, and pictures compete the furnishings. |
