The house is on a 2500 m2 property, fenced in, beautiful park like property in the middly of lots of trees (olives, palms, oranges, tangarines, almonds, lemons etc.) The climat ensures a good a healty stay. The temperatures from July and August are approx. 25 - 35 degree.
2 km away from the house there is the fishing village L'Ampolla with a big marina. Big romantic bays with sandy beaches invite you to go for a swim.
In the village there is a shopping center and holiday shopping center where you can find everything you will need. The big shopping centers are within 15 km. They are open until 21.00. There are markets in all the surrounding villages every day even on Sundays.
Tortosa is situated at the river Ebro and is well worth seeing because of its historical buildings and because it is in the midst of palm trees.
Walks in the mountains or to the Ebro-delta to the huge paddy fields, nature parks with lots of Flamingos, herons and singing birds are very popular. Also the unique beach "Eukalyptus" with it's surrounding salt mines is an adventure.

by car; approx 950 km from Geneva on the motorway France-Spain. In Spain take the A7 until 39A L'Ampolla.
by coach; to the neighbouring village and by railway or rented car to L'Ampolla.
by plane; to Reus (approx. 50 km from L'Ampolla away) and then by railway or rented car to L'Ampolla.
