The vacation house is owned by family Parente, who are incredible friendly. It lies completely quiet, secluded and separated directly over the bay of Marina di Ascea and it’s 7 km long sandy beach. It fits harmonically into the landscape. The Vista sul Mare lies on the northern beach which is considered the quietest and most beautiful one. The beach ends with the Scoglio, a natural rock formation. There you will find ideal diving and fishing conditions. The town is greatly predestine for families to spend a beautiful and relaxation beach vacation.

Like already indicated in its name you will enjoy from the apartments, the patios and the balconies a gorgeous panoramic view over the deep blue ocean.

The lovingly designed house Vista sul Mare was built in 2003 and is tastefully equipped with three apartments (two on the ground floor and one on the second floor). Each apartment is suitable for 4 – 5 people. Each contains a living room/ kitchen combination with a complete kitchenette with dinner room, a sofa, table, chairs and a bathroom with shower (shower, bidet, toilet) as well as two bedrooms with double bed, single bed and bunk bed for 4 – 5 people. The upper, very light apartment also has two breakfast balconies. One is positioned directly to the ocean and the other one to the untouched nature of the Cilento. The two lower apartments have a round patio that runs around the entire front of the house. This patio is divided into two separate patios, so that each apartment has their privacy. All house guests can also enjoy a large and shady olive grove where everybody will find the much needed relaxation and the children will have enough space to play. There is no traffic and the road leading to the house was asphalt by the owner.

The distance to the ocean amounts 800 meter which can be easily reached by foot. A rail road line leads 200 meter below the house but it does not create any noise disturbance.

The house lies quietly amidst ancient olive groves that are wonderful for breakfasts or for the carefree play of your children or dogs. For couples or families with the need of seclusion and tranquility offers the house a cozy and private location for relaxation with a dream panorama. You will enjoy a good infrastructure, since grocery stores, restaurants and similar localities are easily reached. The distance to the town amounts just 1,3 km.

Since the owners of the Vista Sul Mare are olive and wine farmers and are truly delightful you should let yourself be invited into their wine cellar in the Arienda Parente in Casal Velino. There you can try the excellent wines and oils – even locals order their wine often there.
