Large shadowy court yard facing the mountain, terrace and garden seating place towards the valley with views to the fall at 150m (ideal for having a bath, also for children). Interior in original condition, open fireside, wood stove and gas stove. Extraordinary bathroom with vaulted stone ceiling (4x4m). Solar light in every room, there is no electricity in the whole valley.(public laundry-machine in Cavergno) Perfect mobile reception. Ideal situation for mountain tours in middle or high level (up to 3000m) or for the classical culture-roundtrips of Ticino( info Ente Turistico Valle Maggia) Journey there by train and bus or car (enough car parks available). The Rustico is suitable for practical people...firing, wood carrying, change of gas cylinder (60.-per piece) Paradise for nature lovers. There are totally 12 rooms in the house.
