Very restful situation in the slight hills of Tuscany in the middle of vineyards between Siena-Florence-Pisa, 35km south of Florence. The extraordinar panorama situation offers a marvellous view to the slight hills. The former farmhouse of Fattoria Sticciano is surrounded by wine, olive groves and rare woods with pines, cypresses and stone oaks. Beside the rich fauna enjoy also the wonderful sunsets and the shy with the stars as wonderful nature events. Well-kept garden with swimmingpool 6x12m in a panoramic situation, lawns and deck chairs available for the guests(open middle of may-end of september). There is also a furnished outdoor area with several sheltered pergola and garden seating places belonging to the house. Sports and leisure time: Ideal for cycling, mountain biking, hiking (marked footpaths). Other activities as are riding, tennis, golf in a middle distance. Montecrespoli is a spezial place for family parties or for little groups with self organized classes, demanding a marvellous neighbourhood, ambiance and accommodation. Shopping possibilities: 3.5km grocery shops in Fiano, post office, cash dispenser, good restaurants, Coop supermarkets at 7-12km.
