The house offers a perfect position, only about 300 m away from the rocky coastline and a tiny sandy beach which slopes down softly into the sea Ognina. The house is surrounded by a fully fenced well kept garden with a swimming-pool. A big furnitured veranda with an external kitchen, a barbecue and pizza oven offers all for sitting and eating outside and enjoy the atmosphere. The house consists of a comfortable and elegant furnished living area. On the ground floor there is a living room with satellite-TV, a dining corner, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, a bedroom with a doublebed and a second bedroom with two single beds.Bathroom with shower, WC. On the first floor there is a third bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with WC. This bedroom offers a large furnished terrace for sitting outside and only relaxing. Wasching machine and air condition available. Car parking available. About ca. 10 m away from the Villa Paradiso there is annexed dependance with an additional double bedroom and a bathroom with sower/WC. Th use of the Dependance is possible on request. Little shopping facility (only open in summer time) is about 1 km, all other facilities as well bars and restaurants are about 6 km away.
