| The house is situated in the green, 9km north of Kofu-City. The restful spot is suitable for nature lovers and families with little children who love cycling or hiking. The very beautiful house with 6 beds, tub/toilet, kitchen and livingroom with gallery is a cosy accommodation and offers also games for in- and outdoor, books and TV/video. Cooling pergola and fans in the house as well as a children's pool existing. The plot of land is well-kept by the neighbours who like to inform the guests and answer questions. There are also 2 nice dogs and perhaps we soon have also some chicken and sheep to fullfil the rural ambiance. To discover the beautiful beaches and the island the guest need a car, or in summertime a scooter at least.
