| Nice comfortable house in a little village, situated in a tree-covered mountain landscape. The small old village with only a few inhabitants surrounds the little church in a pictoresque way. The romantic ancient house is situated in absolute peace and gives an atmosphere of leisure. The ground floor offers a spacious living/dining room (Sat.-TV, DVD, double bed settee) with passage to a small and cosy room with large open fireplace and to a new kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove, American coffeemaker). In front of the ground floor veranda and courtyard. A wooden staircase leads up to the upper floor: comfortable living room/study, 2 bedrooms, one of them with access to a large bathroom with shower cubicle, the other one with exit to the solarium terrace. Additional/second toilet on the mezzanine floor. An outside staircase leads down into the garden. The house is furnished with loving care, the equipment is individual, good, and extensiv; central heating (gas), washing machine. The small but nice garden with ornamental fountain can be illuminated with some lamps, is fenced in and has 2 entrances, one of them with entryphone, private parking lot. The next trattoria is only 600 m away from the house, all facilities and a public swimming-pool are located at Arrone (2,7 km), an also very nice ancient village; good possibilities for walking on the surrounding hills ( the mount Pollino arrives at 1232 m). The famous falls Cascate delle Marmore and the sea Lago di Piediluco, ideal for water sports, are located 10 km, Terni (one hour by train to reach Rome) 15 km away. |
