If you want to stay in the centre of Rome but don’t want to miss trees, flowers, and a garden around the house, this flat could be exactly right for you: the area of “Villa Riccio” – a few town houses surrounded by a park, is situated at ca. 20 minutes on foot from the Piazza del Popolo. They were built in the twenties .and renovated during the last years. The fenced-in private area borders north-easterly on the Viale del Vignola, an avenue with little traffic, south-westerly on the Lungotevere Flaminio.
In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Piazza Mancini with bus connections into all districts of Rome. You can also reach the district of Prati, the auditorium of music, the Villa Borghese and the zoo in easy walking distance.
Our flat is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of the town house 1 which borders on the Viale del Vignola in front of the area of the Villa Flaminia: The rooms are high and bright and furnished in a tasteful mixture of style pieces and modern elements.
You enter the flat about a long corridor (with a built-in wardrobe at the end) from which you go into all rooms: living-dining-room with tv and comfortable couch corner, kitchen with dining area, - fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer and dish washer – 2 bedrooms, and bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The furnishings are very good and cosy.
