| Have you ever dreamt to live above the roofs of Rome? Just in the historical centre next to the famous Campo de’ Fiori? Overlooking the domes of S. Andrea della Valle and S. Carlo in Catenari? At least for a holiday indeed you can have these things which normally you only can see in the cinema: A small penthouse – in Italian it is called “Attico” – located on the 4th and so highest floor of a little ancient townhouse in via dei Chiavari, between Campo de’ Fiori, Largo Argentina, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele (without elevator, but you don’t miss it because of the marvellous position): the flat offers a large living room with open fireplace, dining corner and single sofa bed, kitchenette with cooker a gas, small electric stove, and fridge. A large glass door leads you into the bedroom with large wall unit and antique double bed, from the bedroom you enter in the spacious bathroom even by a glass door (large corner bathtub), WC and bidet are separated by another door. By a winding staircase from the living room you can reach the large roof terrace with table, chairs, and sunshade. By day and also by night – perhaps during a romantic dinner – from here you can enjoy the marvellous view above the ancient Rome… The flat is ideal for couples in love or honeymooning! The flat is luxuriously furnished, partly with antiques, it offers air conditioning and central heating, washing machine, hair drier, American coffee machine, iron, toaster, and TV. Satellite TV and internet are planned. |
