| This fine group of Trulli is located on a hill of the Murge countryside between Castellana Grotte and Conversano , surrounded by the typical cultivations of our area with olive, almond and cherry trees. The quiet and big spaces give to the children the possibility of playing and running around. The property, surrounded by over two hectares land, is 200 meters distant from the main road, at the same time it is not isolated: at 100 mt there is the Main Villa inhabited during winter and summer and not far away there is also a well known agriturismo property.The Trulli are located at 300 mt height on the sea level and at 15 Km from the Cozze and Polignano a mare coast. The house has two parts: you can notice on the picture the presence of three cones that constitute the bedrooms. Subsequently the Trulli have been enriched by of some additional rooms: living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is 80 square meters where the big spaces let to a maximum hospitality of 5 people with a child under the three years. Outside: an immense terrace and furnished garden. The typical brick oven outside is usable both for the grill and for baking the pizza. The house has every comfort including the Satellite television and the washing machine. Small pets are admitted. It is necessary to have your own transportation mean. If you expect to arrive by air, we can arrange the pick up at the airport or you can rent a car. Bicycles are for rent, to be requested to the owner. Environs at 15 Km there is the sea of Polignano a mare, Cozze, Monopoli (15minutes drive) at 5 km there are the Caves of Castellana at 5 Km there is Conversano Historical towns like Conversano (the medieval Castle belonged to the Counts of Acquaviva), Martina Franca, very well known non only for its baroque historical centre, but also for the Valle d'Itria Festival that is held every year between July the 20th and August the 10th. The Itria valley with its fairytale landscape, Alberobello - the city of trulli , Cisternino, Locorotondo are all magical towns, famous not only for the trulli but also for a magnificent white wine. The Castles of Federico the Second: Castel del Monte, Gioia del Colle, Lucera (located in Foggia 's area ). The archaeological excavations of Egnazia between Monopoli and Savelletri. The Caves of Castellana are the most important and beautiful speleological complex in Italy. For the free time During the summer months the sea and relax at the shadow of some olive trees dominate our days. The restaurants in the area are well recognized for their exceptional recipes. Slow food ante litteram ! In Castellana there are some sports centres: Tennis courts, swimming pool. There are also some very attractive cycling routes. In Monopoli there is a Go- kart circuit. For those who love the Opera there is the Valle d' Itria Festival. The summer in Conversano is also well-known for a very rich agenda of events. |
