| The house is 80 square meters large distributed as follows: * two bedrooms (one twin and one double bedrooms). * bathroom with shower. * Kitchen, * a spacious living and dining room. Outside there is a beautiful patio with sea view furnished with high quality garden furniture like a set of wickers sofas and a teak dining table with six chairs. A comfortable shower in the private garden will refresh our guests after they come back from the beach. All the comforts are present with the exception of the dishwasher. A private parking is inside the residence. The swimming pool is located at 20 meters to the left of the house. It is open in July and August, with the constant presence of a life guard for the safety of the people that use it. The use of the swimming pool is free of charge. Our guest can get to the sea with a three minutes walk: they can either choose the splendid beach (please refer to the photo) or the wonderful reef inlets. The colours of the water look like the Caribbean sea. Whitest beaches are alternated to reef inlets bordered by Mediterranean green spots and beach dunes. These natural dunes are rich of scents of wild grass. Every year this part of the Apulien southern coast gets the mark of "European Blue Flag" for the transparency and cleanliness of its sea. All the houses are privately owned and differently from many other beach residences, this one is extremely quite. The Village is calm and relaxing and the privacy of our guests is protected. There is a gate at the entrance of the village that lets enter only the residents of the village and the authorized visitors. In the past this city has been occupied from different populations (Romans, Barbarians, Normans, Angioini, Aragoneses, Spanish) that have left trace of their passage in the culture and the architectonic works of this place, In fact today Ostuni covers a prominent position among the tourist localities to be visited in Italy, especially in Puglia. Its reputation is born from the beauty and particularity of its Historical Centre, built on the top of a hill, and which makes the city dominant on the land of olive trees below that reach coast in a colours match, that appear unique and evocative to the visitor eyes. Tightened alleys, framed by arches and half arches and alternated little panoramic squares, scramble up along concentric roads that culminate to the higher part of the historical centre, dominated from the Cathedral. |
