The apartment is situated in the vicinity of all commerce (bakery, drug store, restaurants) and different pastime activities (bike rental, walking tours, riding, tennis, water skiing, paragliding).
A prepayment of 40% of the rental charges has to be given upon reservation, the rest of the sum has to be paid 1 month before arrival. A security deposit of 400€ will be returned at the end of the stay after an inventory.
