The villa is beautifully furnished and has a nice garden with a swimming-pool of 6,6 x 2,8m from May 2007 on.

The villa is located in a quiet and beatiful rural surrounding, only a few minutes by car (2500m) away from the beaches of the Tuscan coast. A large supermarket, open daily, is only 1500m away, other shopping facilities can be found 2km away. The select boutiques of the promenades of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi and the numerous weekly markets shouldn't be missed. It is also a good starting point to visit the Tuscany: Lucca (25km), Pisa (30km), Florence (90km), Siena (150km). A visit of «Cinque terre» shouldn't be missed either.
