Sumptuous villa surrounded by the hills of Casalvelino dominates thanks to its position the coastline from Acciaroli to Cape Palinuro and is only few minutes away, by car, from the centre of Casal Velino Marina. It has been recently built and its internal surface is 140mq. Big enough to host up to 6 people. Infact, the villa has three bedrooms and it is comfortable and very sunny. Everything is well refined. Two of the bed-rooms have double-beds and another one has two single beds. There are two bathrooms,one with shower and the other one with bathtub, a living room and a dining aerea next to the modern and complete kitchen. A big terrace with table and chairs makes you not wish to move, just lay back and relax. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden (4000mq.) with a lot of space to sit outside and admire the wonderful view. The Villa can be considered an ideal starting point for excursions towards the many cultural and natural attractions of the National Park of Cilento such as Velia, Paestum, Grotte di Castelcivita or, leaving from the port of Casalvelino, the wonderful Capri.
