The house is situated in a restful and well-kept neighbourhood, the large garden offers lots of privacy. The pool and generous lanai invite to relax. Families with children like the pool, also the nearby situated free tennis courts are very popular.

Rotunda West is a young, increasing community, very restfully situated and in good location for day trips and excursions for some days to Orlando to the amusement parks, the Everglades or Tampa.
