The house is situated in a restful and well-kept neighbourhood, the large garden offers lots of privacy. The pool and generous lanai invite to relax. Families with children like the pool, also the nearby situated free tennis courts are very popular. Rotunda West is a young, increasing community, very restfully situated and in good location for day trips and excursions for some days to Orlando to the amusement parks, the Everglades or Tampa. The well-kept sandy beach of Englewood is achievable within a few min. drive. A little more distant there are several beautiful beaches, as are Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Siesta Key, etc. Well achievable are also the outlet stores in Estero (Fort Myers) and Ellenton (Sarasota).
