| Lake Bolsena is situated in the north of the province Latium, approx. 120km from Rome and Siena. Around the lake there are hills, vineyards, olive groves and forests. On one of these hills there is Casa Vasalone, an italian country villa with 15ha plot of land and wide view to the lake. Casa Vasalone offers much rest and relaxation in the middle of wonderful nature. Casa Vasalone offers 6 bedrooms with one bathroom each. Groundfloor: 2 bedrooms of 22sqm (2+1 bed, with a bathroom each), living/diningroom of 40sqm, kitchen. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms of 23sqm and 16sqm (2+1 bed), 2 bedrooms 16sqm and 10sqm (2 beds), all bedrooms with sep. bathroom. Very large plot of land with parklike garden and wide view over the lake. There are also 3 camping grounds (with shower and toilet) just for the use of our guests. For work in groups or for the children there is also a room of 40sqm in a separate building. The house is completely heatable by a gas central heating; there is also a fireside in the livingroom. Basic prices per week: PG I = 16 beds = Euro 1950 PG II = 12 beds = Euro 1400 PG III = 8 beds = Euro 950 PG IV = 5 beds = Euro 600 it's always possible to add beds or bedrooms, each € 100 a week The price includes gas, water and electricity, weekly cleaning of the bathrooms and corridors. Exclusive endcleaning EUR 100, heating. Water quality of Lake Bolsena is very good, swimming from May/June untill September/October. 35km to the sea. Rome and Siena at 120km, Orvieto at 35km, hot springs of Saturnia 30km, island of Giglio, Monte Argentario, sculptures of Niki de Saint Phalle, etruscan excavations, medieval villages and much more. In the village Gradios you have big offer for daily shopping, farmers sell good fresh fruit and vegetables directly on the street. Beautiful Trattorias and restaurants with local cuisine in and near the village. Our housekeeper will care for you.
