Description

The large new holiday-apartment (90m2)is suited for max. 8-9 persons, it
has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, 1 spacious bedroom with 2 double
beds, a completely equipped kitchen with refridgerator, coffee-machine,
electric stove, pots and cutlery for 9 persons, a bathroom with shower,
tub and WC and an extra WC. The large balcony is furnished with garden
furniture. Spare bed for 9th person is possible with extra charge. 2
parking places in the closed court are at your disposal.

The apartment is in the centre of Siofok, only about 400m away from Lake
Balaton. You can reach restaurants, pubs, discos and supermarket within
a few minutes' walk. A launderette is only 300m away from the apartment.

Siofok is known as the "capital" of Lake Balaton, because the nightlife
only finsihes in the early morning hours. It is ideal for young people
who want to spend an interesting holiday. Siofok offers innumerable
taverns, snackbars, cafes and pizzerias for inexpensive snacks like
pancakes or Langos (fried corn pancakes). The numerous discos offer
everything from german hits to techno and foam or snow partys,
miss-elections and lasershows.... Coca-Cola Beach - the best known disco
in Siofok - offers a wide range of events even throughout the day and is
only 1km away from the apartment and can be reached within 10 minutes on
foot. The diso "FLÖRT" can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.

The journey can easily be done by train or bus. At Siofok you don't need
a car. You can reach every place on foot. Siofok/Station is 300m away
from the apartment. Siofok-station is 200m away.

Charges: 29th May - 4th September 2004: 96 Euro/day for 8 persons all
extra charges included, no additional charges. 9th person: 10 Euro/day.

Very favourable charges for the period before 29th May and after 5th
September 2004: 48 Euro/day.

There's a contact person, who is very cooperative and who can be reached
by phone at any time. A security of 90 Euro has to be paid upon arrival
and will be returned before departure.
