| Our Villa is a classic building, 70 m(230ft) away from the sandy beach of Skala Eressos, near to the main square and promenade area of the village. It offers spacious family accommodation consisting of 3 Self-Catering Holiday Houses with garden in the same building: 2 of which are at the Ground Floor and the third one is at the First Floor respectively. The first floor comfortable self-catering holiday house consist of: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each one and own air-conditions, 1 smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 private bathroom with bath and WC, 1 private bathroom with shower and WC, 1 private kitchen fully equiped, 1 big hall at the entrance, 2 private big verandas with different views. Each of the ground floor self-catering holiday houses consist of: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each one and own air-conditions, 1 private bathroom with shower and WC, 1 private kitchen fully equiped, 1 big hall at the entrance, 1 large terrace. These prices are ONLY for the Ground Floor Apartment - 2 of the Villa, per WEEK. The apartments of our Villa's offers silence at the day and also in the night and at the same time it offers easy access of commercial and entertainment places, such as supermarkets, shops, banks, medical office, pharmacy, summer cinema and also restaurants and all night bars of the village. There is also a common barbeque area, a large parking space and area for children to play. The Villa La Passione has air conditioning / heating (individually controlled) from the Daikin company. Skala Eressos is located at the south-western of the Lesvos Island. Skala Eressos is internationally known for the amazing 4 Km of unspoiled wide beach and is reputed also to be one of the most magnificent beach in the whole island, if not of the whole Greece. The beach itself receive every year the Blue Flag Award from the Greek Organization of Tourism as the cleanest and best cared beach in Greece. In antiquity it was an important commercial center. It was famous and historical place as being the birth place of the poetess Sappho, the home of the Theophrastus, an ancient philosopher and botanist, and also the home of the philosopher Phanias, who was a student of the famous Aristotele. There are many restaurants and bars around the area, most of them with their own terraces near the beach and their individual decoration. They offer a large variety of fishes from all over the world, such as Italian, Chinese, American style breakfast, vegetarian and they create a really pleasant, enjoyable and relaxing ambiance. The village is a vivid place with cultural events happening during the summer. There is a small harbor of fishing boats which operates as a supplement of fresh fishes for the village about 200m away from Villa La Passione. Skala Eressos is located at the southwestern end of the Lesvos Island. It is located 96km from the capital town, Mytilini, and 26km from Sigri town. The island of Lesvos has two ports but the most active is in Mitilini. There are two different roads in order to arrive in Skala Eressos. One is from Mitilini to kalloni and after via Parakila - Agra - Mesotopos - Skala Eressos, and the other from Mitilini to Kalloni and after via Skaloxori - Vatousa - Antisa - Eressos - Skala Eressos. A few miles down the main road on the way to Sigri, near to Eressos, there is the unique Petrified Forest, a wonder of nature, which is the only one in Europe. It is estimated to be almost 20.000.000 years old. The forest is approximately a 350km2 area and some of its trees are several meters tall.
