Description

Our romantic farmhouse is situated in the most southern part of the comunity Colle Val d'Elsa (12km). Embedded in the smooth hills between Siena and Florence, in the middle of dreamlike nature and Tuscan culture. Close to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena and Florence. The sea (Castiglione or Follonica) is achievable within 1.5 hours drive or the river Brenna within 30min.

Equippment: Access to the 4-room apartment on the first floor by the out-door stair and a terrace. Livingroom with fireside, master bedroom (double bed), children's room (2 beds and a cot), large living-kitchen, bathroom with tub, wash basin and toilet.

Terrace, pergola seating place, garage, large garden with seating place, BBQ and table tennis.

Very good shopping opportunities in Colle Val d'Elsa and an original Tuscan market at Friday. Shopping also in Gracciano and Pievescola (5km). For wine and gastronomic excursions there is a library in the house. Manifold offer of cultural events and festivals from June-September. For sports: old Roman bath in Piedreto/Gradciano - Swimmingpool Olympia in Colle Val d'Elsa - tennis, swimmingpool and cycle hire in Casole d'Elsa.
