In the middle of green hills, in the heart of Marche, few kilometers from Monte Catria and the Fonte Avellana Abbey, we (family Meyer Metzler from Switzerland) renovated some 200 years old houses, surrounded by 12 hectares of meadows and forest. Central situation between the cities Urbino, Gubbio, Fano and just 30km to the sea.There is a great opportunity to discover the manifold culture of central Italy.

If you want to relax or do some walks, or discover the area by mountain bike or horse, you are at the right place here.

We offer tasteful double and triple rooms, EUR 65/75 for 2 person/night, incl. breakfast.

The holiday apartments are big enough for 2-6 persons. All apartments have an own kitchen and bathroom. Most of them dispose of a garden seating place or a terrace. Rates per week from EUR 360.- to 930.-.

The new panorama-swimmingpool (5x10m) cares for refreshment.
