The house has an unusually good facilities such as: Ventilators in the Bedrooms, wardrobes, Mosquito net, satellite television, iron, ironing board, stereo, fridge, freezer, hob, filter and espresso-coffee machine, microwave, blender, toaster, washing machine, oven, 2 electric- heater, 1 Ceramic-heater, beach chairs and 4 bicycles.
The bed - kitchens and towels must be brought, but can be rented on request

The Urbanization has a supermarket, bakery, hair salon and restaurants. Similarly, it has 3 beautiful and clean the sand coves ca.3, 5 km away from the house. The attraction of the area is the Ebro Delta and the water and theme park Port Aventura.
