That holiday-house with winter garden stands alone and fenced, very quiet located in the upper part of the Urbanization Las tres Calas (L'Ametlla de Mar) about 150 km south of Barcelona

On the 800 m2 site has a large pool 5.5 x 9.5 m, an outdoor shower, a barbeque, covered parking and a shady garden seat.

The house has an unusually good facilities such as: Ventilators in the Bedrooms, wardrobes, Mosquito net, satellite television, iron, ironing board, stereo, fridge, freezer, hob, filter and espresso-coffee machine, microwave, blender, toaster, washing machine, oven, 2 electric- heater, 1 Ceramic-heater, beach chairs and 4 bicycles.
